Broad Channel, 2050 tidal flooding risk per building.

As part of a documentary project on sea-level rise in NYC, I’ve created a python notebook that maps flood risk in Broad Channel, Queens. The map shows which houses will be at a high risk of experiencing regular tidal flooding between now and 2050. This is based on building elevation data and flooding prediction models provided by the NYC department of city planning.
